- Claim the Blessings!

Claim the Blessings! - I thrilled at a talk I heard in church today, by one of my favorite speakers.  It really resonated with me.  I do believe that God wants to bless us and our families in so many ways -- He has all blessings right here for us, if we only step up and claim them!

Claim the Blessings of good health - by taking care of yourself! - We all know what we need to do: eat healthier, get more sleep, exercise....but many of us just don't step up and claim the blessings!

Claim the Blessings of Loving Relationships - by taking care of yourself, setting healthy limits and boundaries, seeking first to understand - then to be understood, hanging around good people who edify and bring out the best in us, and serving others!

Claim the Blessings of Prosperity and Wealth - by working an honest day's labor for an honest day's pay, Magnifying the talents and gifts God  has given  you, seeking out a good education, paying a full and honest tithe!

Claim the Blessings of a closer relationship with your Heavenly Father by attending your church meetings, temple, synagogue, read the scriptures EACH day, and spend some time on your knees in humble prayer.

I just loved the simple truths shared with my church group today! - So simple, and really, aren't the greatest things in our lives really simple - when you stop and think about it.  We are our own worst enemies and biggest stumbling blocks! - It's time we get out of our own way! - Help ourselves! - Love ourselves and look for the very best in ourselves and others!

We are all beautiful and whole and perfect  ... and that in no way means that we are the same or have equal circumstances in this life....but that we each have the right and the God-given ability to do our best in whatever situation we find ourselves, trusting that a loving Heavenly Father is watching over us and wants us to learn and grow and become our very best selves...and then help each other to do the same!

This is YOUR time to shine!  This will be your BEST year yet!
